Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel completely comfortable with your purchase and at ease in your Sundara pieces. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition
  • Free from any signs of wear or damage

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We're happy to offer complimentary exchanges to help you find the right fit or style.

If you'd like to exchange an item, please submit an exchange request through your account. Once your exchange is approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your original item and cover the cost of shipping your replacement piece.

Store Credit (15–30 Days)

Returns requested between 15 and 30 days from delivery are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

After 30 days, all sales are considered final.

Final Sale

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, please log in to your account and submit a request:

  1. Choose the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Select the reason for your request.
  3. Submit your request.
  4. Once your request is approved, you'll receive instructions for sending your item back.

Please do not send items back without first initiating a return or exchange request.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

International Orders (Canada)

At this time, all orders shipped to Canada are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Each Sundara piece is made in small batches using traditional techniques. We encourage mindful purchasing and are always happy to assist with sizing or questions before you place your order.
